Production Planner

North Brunswick, NJ. Responsible for the procurement, logistics, and planning of products manufactured at Davion’s U.S. manufacturing facility. Coordinates Request for Proposals (RFPs) in order to realize cost savings. Assists in developing purchasing specifications and performance test requirements in collaboration with Quality and Production Departments. Prepares reports by compiling and summarizing production and downtime data. It is expected that the person in this position will actively look for opportunities to improve any part of the supply chain process and work with the appropriate resources.

QA Inspector

Newark, NJ. Directly assisting the Quality Unit Manager, the candidate will perform inspection of manufacturing room, equipment, and packaging line (where applicable) prior to each stage of production as per pre-established SOPs. Record observations in master production batch records (Batch tickets) for QA Inspection- line clearance checklists, sampling and packaging label verification. Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) according to current regulations and standards. Experienced with personal care/ OTC preferred.

R&D Chemist

North Brunswick, NJ. Directly assisting the Vice President of Product Development and Quality Control, the candidate will develop new formulations from scratch and prepare submission bench batches for client approvals based on desired technical and aesthetic attributes. Handle projects from start to finish, compile and analyze 3rd party test information as needed to report to supervisor. Correspond with raw material suppliers for R&D sample, pricing as well as technical information request. Work cross-functionally with team in manufacturing plant and warehouse.

Lab Technician

North Brunswick, NJ. Knowledge of basic laboratory techniques; pH, viscosity, and stability studies. Compile and analyze test information as needed to report to supervisor. Operate specialized lab equipment and become familiar with all aspects of technical testing and evaluation based on results. Maintain batch ticket database. Confer with QA/QC scientist as needed on procedures, processes or analytical methods.
